Brings korean culture at June Pitti Uomo

Pitti Immagine is pleased to announce a new strategic collaboration with KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency), the government agency under South Korea’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, to promote Korean fashion, music, and video entertainment formats with a special event at Pitti Uomo in June 2025.

As the first Italian branch of KOCCA opens in Milan, this partnership underscores KOCCA’s mission to support Korea’s cultural expansion internationally and Pitti Immagine’s commitment to fostering cross-cultural exchange and spotlighting innovative global trends.
The June event will provide a unique platform for the Pitti Uomo community of international buyers, media, and visitors to explore Korean creativity and talent upclose.

Our organizations have already worked together in the past, always with reciprocal satisfaction, but the project that KOCCA has planned for Pitti Uomo in June 2025 lays the foundations for a significant strategic leap forward, to the benefit of both our exhibition and its global scale, and of the Korean brands involved, which will find special attention from the buyers and the media present in Florence: on the other hand, the Korean fashion system has taken on a position of absolute prominence on the international scene. We are honored and happy that KOCCA and the Korean government have chosen Pitti to organize such an important promotional and communication event: we will devote our best energies to it.

General Director of Pitti Immagine

KOCCA's international commitment could not fail to include activities in Italy, the country universally considered the home of culture, for which Korea harbors a deep respect and great admiration. We have chosen Milan for our only national office in Italy, as Milan is recognised globally as the capital of fashion and multimedia content production, but the agency's activity will be widespread throughout the country, with cultural exchanges and collaborations with institutions that organize important international events such as film exhibitions and as evidenced by the agreement signed with Pitti Immagine.
