The Board of Directors of the Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana, under the presidency of Antonella Mansi and, subsequently, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Pitti Immagine, under the presidency of Claudio Marenzi, met in the morning of today, Tuesday 26 February, in the offices of the Group, Via Faenza 109-111 in Florence.
Having acknowledged the nominations of the Board of the Centro, the Pitti Immagine Shareholders’ Meeting undertook to appoint the new Board of Directors of the Company for the three-year term 2020-2022: Claudio Marenzi was confirmed as the President, while Antonella Mansi (new member) was appointed as the Vice President.
The new Board shall, therefore, be made up of the following members:

The Shareholders’ Meeting warmly thanked the outgoing members Niccolò Biondi and Claudio Orrea for the generous and profitable work carried out over the three years of their mandate in the interests of the Pitti Immagine events and Italian fashion.
