Buyers Select focuses on key buyers, who share their favorite pieces from Pitti Connect brands.

A fashion retail veteran, British native Alexandra Saunders was quickly enraptured with the lifestyle, pace and aesthetics of Nordic life. After multiple visits to Copenhagen, the fashion buyer decided to relocate to the Danish capital in 2011. Three years later Alexandra joined luxury department store Illum, where she currently works as Buying Manager for men’s and women’s shoes & accessories.

A Pitti regular, and experienced curator of collections reflecting both international and local taste, Saunders gives us a round-up of her favorite brands and products on show at this season’s Pitti Immagine Uomo menswear display.
