Italy’s first specialty coffee company founded in 2013 by Francesco Sanapo (world-renowned barista and roaster) and Patrick Hoffer. 

Our philosophy is based on researching the most exclusive microlots, establishing direct relationships with producers and engaging in special roasting techniques to give consumers a unique, quality-oriented experience. 

The concept was inspired by the third wave coffee movement and aims to display coffee as an example of exquisite Italian craftsmanship.
