The 'indispensable' line of the social agricultural cooperative Eccellenze Nolane was born in 2015 thanks to Giovanni Trinchese's dream: to bring to the table the ancient traditional flavours that have been lost over time thanks to the recovery of ancient seeds.
Today this dream is a reality.
The indispensable line brings true traditional flavours to the table thanks to the use of organic cultivation and the redevelopment of the Campania region.
The farm was founded on the slopes of Vesuvius, in Campania, and is involved in the production of ancient traditional varieties, all organic, such as tomatoes, jams, ready-made sauces and pickles.
The three flagship products, as they are not only organic but also part of the Slow Food Presidium, are: Torzella riccia napoletana, antico pomodoro di Napoli and papaccella napoletana.
