At Taste, the award ceremony for the 2022 Oscars of chocolate
The Fortezza da Basso will host the award ceremony of the coveted Tavoletta d'Oro 2022 award, with which – for twenty years – the Compagnia del Cioccolato has crowned the best Italian chocolatiers.
Among this edition’s finalists, renowned names from the Italian chocolate scene: Domori, Amedei, Slitti, Gobino, Maglio, Sabadì, Majani, Ta Milano, Gardini, Colzani/Amaro, Venchi e ancora Manufatto Cacao, Castagna, Bonajuto, Donna Elvira, Bodrato, Bardini, Dolciaria Marche, Marangoni, Tipico Barocco, Varvaro, Pasquale Marigliano, Bernardi, Villa & Stacchezzini, Macondo, La Perla, and many more. While the French chocolatier Pralus was awarded the international prize, in collaboration with Leonardi Dolciumi, for their Fortissima 80% tablet.
In celebration of the twenty years of the Award, from mid-March, a Tasting Box with the best chocolates of each edition will be on sale on the Spaghetti & Mandolino platform. An "empyrean of Italian chocolate", chosen by the Chocolates Taster of Compagnia del Cioccolato.
