Pizza Pane and Passione (Pizza Bread Passion) are the three "P" that drive Renato's histrionic personality: with Pizza - when he was so young- he started knowing the flour, then he returned to Bread, the ancestor of pizza, and in the end, thanks to his Passion, he landed at "the point of no return" where he found out not only the sweet baked goods, but he was unable not to unleash his curiosity that constantly drives him to research something innovative in pizza and leavened doughs' world. Today Renato Bosco Bakery offers several types of sourdough breads, Pizza Crunch® e Pizza DoppioCrunch®, sweet leavened goods, biscuits and other sweet baked products like sfogliatine and sbrisolona.
