The agricultural activity of the Rosso family began in 1931 in Larizzate di Vercelli (Piedmont). Today, with the Naturalia brand, the Founder's great-granddaughter, Federica, runs an all-female farm where women of 3 generations grow, work, package and sell their own Carnaroli, Baldo, Thaybonnet, Nero and Ermes rice. Rice soups and ready-to-cook risottos, based on original recipes, complete the offer.
It is in moments of change that new opportunities are created, even for small agricultural realities. Naturalia has created an internal supply chain that guarantees the quality of processes and products while respecting the surrounding nature. Respect tradition by developing new ideas and new proposals, such as in the soup and risotto sector, ready-to-cook dishes, a constantly growing market in Italy and abroad. Soups and Risottos based on semi-wholemeal and classic Carnaroli, inspired by local tradition, able to surprise the table with the unexpected taste of simple ingredients and, at the same time, in step with the times and with the need for quick, easy and practice. In Risotti Naturalia, edible flowers, wild herbs and small freeze-dried fruits (not dried!) Are used in a natural process that best preserves all the aromas and flavors by eliminating any added preservatives, dyes, aromas and glutamate.
In the fields, then, for decades, Naturalia's agricultural management has been based on concepts of environmental sustainability (burying straw, green manure, use of natural fertilizers), applying agricultural rotation and respecting the health of the soil, in accordance with a protocol already dictated by the European Union.
Naturalia is now on the market with an original product image, with an elegant restyling of the packaging, declined on the new product ranges, in captivating graphics that differ in the low impact of the packaging, made with recyclable materials.
