In 2014, when they were just thirty years old, Giovanna and Paolo opened a bakery for gluten-free baked goods.
In their kitchen, close to Verona Italy, they create and package cookies and savory snacks in their exclusively gluten free ovens with the mission of bringing flavor, elegance and variety to the Free From food world.
What makes Brio distinctive begins with the carefully selected ingredients, followed by the artisanship and technique in baking process and culminates with the uniquely decorative packaging: features for which they have received prices and awards not only in Italy but also abroad.
