Company Profile
Spreading the culture of olive oil, of its beneficial properties and important role in a healthy diet is the way of life chosen by the Ciarletti family. They have been growing olive trees in Manciano, a small town located at 510 meters above sea level in the hills of Trevi, in the Umbria region, for several generations, through a balanced blend of tradition and state-of-the-art technology. A top-quality olive oil is the result of a combination of factors which interact in a very complex way; only the owners'dedication and passion make this happen every season, from the hard work poured into the pruning and manual harvesting, to the manic precision that goes into processing and preserving. In addition to the traditional single-varietal Moraiolo olive oil, the farm's product range includes the latest creation, unique of its kind, il Notturno olive oil: a limited production of extra-virgin olive oil made from olives picked at the break of day and pressed within hours from harvesting, starting from Ocotber 4Th.
