A dinner that incorporates the cornerstones of Neapolitan cuisine, starting from a name that has now become a brand: that of the Bifulco family from Ottaviano, in the province of Naples. Since 1890, on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, this family has been perpetuating the tradition of breeding and hanging, which varies from a minimum of 60 to a maximum of 250 days to guarantee meat with an unparalleled flavour. Ristorante Frescobaldi hosts the event entitled Tenuta Luce meets the Bifulco Family for a triumph of flavours from the Campania region: caponata of tuna from Manzetta dei Laghi, Belladonna carpaccio and tartare from Mount Vesuvius, Genoese-style ziti pasta with Annurca apple and pecorino cheese, dry aged cube roll over 200g, rapini and hazelnuts. Paired with wines from the Tenuta Luce estate in Montalcino and Attems from the Collio region.
