In the splendid sixteenth-century rooms of Locale Firenze, they are awaiting two special guests: Teo Musso, founder of the Baladin brewery, and Dennis Zoppi, internationally-renowned bartender. Theirs were the minds behind an innovative product that will be presented to the large FuoriDiTaste public: Beermouth, the first Baladin beer vermouth. Created in Piedmont right in the brewery’s cellar, it is a brand new drink that takes its inspiration from the Piedmontese tradition of Vermouth, using water-alcohol extracts of aromatic herbs and spices to fortify a basic fermented must, but replacing the wine with beer.
