Ettinger London is one of Britain’s finest luxury leather accessories brands. The company was founded in London in 1934 by the charismatic Gerry Ettinger. Today, 85 years on, Ettinger's accessories are prized for their classic design, superb quality and beautiful colours. Robert Ettinger, the current CEO and Gerry’s eldest son, takes after his globetrotting father and is a multi-linguist with a passion for travel. In 1999 Ettinger acquired one of Walsall's oldest leather goods manufacturing companies, James Homer Ltd (established in 1890).
This acquisition breathed new life into one of the oldest and last surviving English leather goods manufacturers in Walsall. This factory is now at the heart of Ettinger's handmade manufacturing process and is home to some of the most skilled leather craftspeople in the UK. In 1996, Ettinger was appointed as a Royal Warrant holder to HRH the Prince of Wales. This accolade has cemented their reputation as an internationally recognised luxury leather goods and accessories brand.
