Amsterdam's SALLE PRIVÉE | House of design is a place where Art, Architecture, Music and Design come together as the sources of inspiration for perfume and design.
The name SALLE PRIVÉE refers to the curation of your own private space. Whether it's the personal space around you, your home or your office, or the private place in your mind. The brand sees perfume as the opportunity to provide spaces with your own “mood" by wearing your perfume.
SALLE PRIVÉE's perfumes are made with as much attention to the process as to the product; from consciously designed packaging to the way the perfumes can be worn (to be layered).
The creations are designed in the Netherlands but Made in France (Grasse) and reflect strength, modernism and high quality.
SALLE PRIVÉE is founded in Amsterdam in 2018 by designer duo Anna Hegeman and Patrick Munsters, who both have a background in Fashion and Design. The couple’s personal aesthetic ideals combined with creativity, art, music, and architecture resulted in a new approach towards design and perfume.
The brands' inspiration are the disruptive 70’s combined with a modern sensitivity that fuels many of the brand’s creative choices and inspiration.
The House regards it as a prime time of Art, Design, and Architecture – an influential period of refinement and reinvention, recognised for its striking beauty and extraordinary style.
With many things the House of Design is inspired by today, 70’s pre-contemporary creativity is merged with contemporary creativity from the founders.
