Carola fra i Trulli is the home fragrance brand launched in 2021 by Carola Altamura, a Milanese interior architect with deep Apulian emotional roots, as a poetic olfactory tale of the Itria Valley, its native flora and its traditional artistic techniques.
The brand explores the fascinating relationship between handcrafted ceramics, colors and scents by reinterpreting an icon of the Itria Valley territory, the “trullo”: designed by Carola, it becomes a decorative object with an intense olfactory soul and a strong chromatic suggestion.
The “macchiato”, with its evocative gestures, thus becomes the emblem of the brand, a praise of joyful and spontaneous imperfection.
The first fragrance in the collection was "Fig Leaves", conceived as an ode to the green, bright and aromatic scent of fig leaves in the summer sun.
In 2022 the brand introduces new colors and new fragrances, the result of constant research inspired by the territory and its nature.
Carola fra i Trulli is strongly based on sustainable choices such as careful design, honest materials and a conscious approach to minimize the impact on the environment. All products are entirely made in Italy by small artisans to encourage and enhance the qualified local supply chain.
