Since 1977, Maglificio Pini has been producing in Italy the highest quality fully fashioned knitwear for some of the most important fashion houses around the world. 

It was in 1977 that Giuseppe Pini founded Maglificio Pini.  
Full of intuition and initiative, with a natural sense of appreciation for knitwear, he weaved a history of continuous growth, that today sees the new generation – his children Lucia, Martina and Francesco – in charge of a company leader in its field. 

Thus, from its birth up to today, Maglificio Pini has been a prominent leader in the history of fashion. Hence in 2013 Maglificio Pini started to build the stitch and garment archive, its historical memory that collects the unique pieces made since Pini very first days. 

The archive ensures the preservation of the company’s history and originality. At the same time is a management instrument that may provide inspiration and help creativity. It is organized by product type (stitch and samples) and it is made up of almost 4.000 items. The entirety of the entries can be seen not only in the headquarters of the company but also online, as investing in technology has always been a key element for corporation growth. The pieces are also available for rental. 

This initiative is part of a much bigger project with the final aim of the satisfaction of the customers, highest quality service and a product 100% Made in Italy totally according to the clients’ needs.
