Its focus is to offer support in the organization and development of the school through group courses, online courses on demand, mastermind groups and personalized coaching-consulting in 1to1 paths.

Recently Danz-Up has also expanded its activity in the field of methodology and innovation, opening a new platform that welcomes teachers by giving them access to resources that will accompain them in all the areas of practical teaching.

Sonia Greco has over 35 years of experience in directing dance schools and teaching classical and character with children of all ages.
For 20 years she has been an International Examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance for which she also trains classical ballet teachers in various aspect of their carrers.
Mindvalley Certified Business Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, in 2020 she founded Danz-up to help teachers grow their schools and realize their professional and human potential.
