A platform for small brands ready to take off
Within The Kids' Lab!, find "The Nest," a collection of brands that caught our attention, and we wanted to support in their growth. These are small companies that have a great deal of potential, discovered through international scouting. What makes them unique? They represent the newest realities just emerging on the kidswear market. Innovative brands with a strong offer of messages, a green spirit, and eco-responsible collections that champion commitment, beauty, ethics, and craftsmanship.
"The Nest" is an incubator of talents, a place for new fashion projects to take off.
Pitti Immagine strongly supports this initiative and has been sustaining it since the January 2017 edition thanks to Dimitra Zavakou, pioneer of responsible kidswear and founder of the Berlin concept lab Little Pop Up. The goals are twofold. First, introducing new brands selected for their originality and inventiveness to the fashion community and international buyers. In addition, Pitti Bimbo offers companies the visibility they need to enter the market and subsequently grow through its international showcase.

Artemis & Apollon
Featuring a Pegasus and a thunderbolt from Zeus, the Artemis & Apollon collection is inspired by classic mythology. Et D'Emie
This French brand, launched in 2020 to dress the whole family, from the youngest (3 months) to the oldest (XXL), participates in The Nest for the second consecutive year. Et D'Emie translates as "and a half" and refers to the desire children have to grow. The T-shirts celebrating the "half birthday," ranging from 1 1/2 to 11 1/2 years, are designed for them. Made in France, these collections are made from organic or recycled fabrics and feature comfortable and timeless designs.

Noese
This newly-born Portuguese brand (founded in 2021) stands out for its bold, timeless, ecological, and ethical garments. The key idea is to create small seasonal collections which use recycled fabrics to reduce waste. For its first capsule, “The dream factory,” the label imagined entering a fantastic chocolate factory. The black and white tones mix with different patterns and fabrics.

Tiny Beans
The startup was founded by three mothers who care about sustainability as well as design and functionality. A mix and match range of sheets and pillowcases made with Gots certified organic cotton. Timeless and minimalist in design, the new collection features unique, hand-drawn prints, super-soft fabrics, and hidden zippers for the safety of the little ones.

Ludò
An Italian brand that creates limited-edition capsules using fine fabrics left unused in the warehouses of Italian manufacturers. Ludò was founded in 2019 in Piedmont, from the idea of a textile entrepreneur who is passionate about exploring the issues of pollution and social exploitation related to the fashion industry. The brand aims to eliminate excess inventory and focus on contemporary products. These delightful collections are inspired by the style of the 70s and maintain a classic and timeless aesthetic. With ruffles and balloon cuts, the new collection features 100% linen and cotton garments from Italian shirt factories.

HELPS NATURE
A brand was born from meeting two cultures, the Italian and the English. Alessandra, the founder, and Sophie, the designer, have combined their creativity and style to design a collection that respects the planet and its resources. Only a few pieces made from organic cotton certified by Gots and Fair Wear - labels included. Fabric scraps have been reused in polo shirts and bags to promote the "zero waste" philosophy. The polo shirts are embroidered with cotton thread, and the t-shirts and backpacks are printed with natural pigments. With colors that evoke the sea, the sky, and the plants, the collection conveys a sense of freedom and freshness. And to adorn the bedrooms of the children, Helps Nature created handcrafted crocheted toys in cotton thread and stuffed with natural fibers.
